It was the Guess campaign in 1989 that brought Claudia to international fame and garnered comparisons to Brigitte Bardot. Her appearance in the campaign led to five American and seven European glossy magazine covers within the space of 18 months
OCTOBER 1989 - Claudia wore Yves Saint Laurent for her first British Vogue cover in 1989. A year later, she was named one of People magazine's 50 Most Beautiful People in the World.
Wearing Dolce & Gabbana, Claudia and fellow super Eva Herzigova posed on the Dolce & Gabbana catwalk at the autumn/winter 2009-10 show in Milan.
At the Chanel spring/summer 2010 catwalk show, Claudia was clearly back in Lagerfeld’s good books with a head-to-toe Chanel ensemble and a front row seat.
At the age of 38, Claudia graced the cover of British Vogue for the fourth time in April 2009 wearing a shimmering Versace dress.
