Oldie but Goodies

If I could recall, the last time I walked into Gingersnaps probably was at least a year ago since Gladys
 had grown so much lately that sometimes I still could not believe myself that the baby home is at the height of 172cm now which is one of the reason why she does not fit in those clothes with the kids label anymore.

While we religiously clean up our closet at least once every two to three months, just to create more space by either collecting those that we are not wearing anymore to by giving them away or keeping them in the storage room, we came across this old dress probably from two to three years ago hence explains the length of it now (no worries, Gladys always wear biker shorts underneath) which was suitable for the hot days which I totally embraced as now I am back to the coldness of the Melbourne Winter!

Paired the halter dress with vintage shades with blue lens which was handed down by Grannie, Mini Prada Saffiano in Papaya which is still rare to be seen these days (Our SA in Melbourne was even so surprised to see it as they don't carry it here) and white Charles&Keith Signature Pumps.

Fox and the Hound

We came out with this title as it was the first thing that came across my mind when I first saw this shirt worn on the runway of last year Fall/Winter Burberry Prorsum show! Immediately I knew I have to have this and finally I managed to snap it off LUISAVIAROMA!

With the joy of unwrapping, I had came to disappointment realised that it fits too tightly on me, at the confusion of returning it back and getting a size bigger or stay with it just the way it is, I decided that it might be a motivation for me to get slimmer, resulted it sitting on my wardrobe for more than half a year collecting dusts. 

So I decided that one way to get this shirt worn is to let Gladys play with it as an oversized shirt! Pairing it with the Zara Origami Skort and Steve Madden Waltz heels which kinda give the serious look but the fox never fail to cheer up the whole outfit!

Crimson Red

 To us, red is a colour that will never get boring, it is also a colour that will never fail to make someone looks radiant. The double peplum at the bottom of the dress and the colour made us fell in love immediately with the dress while we saw at Dotti back in Melbourne.

As usual, we believe that simplicity is the key, so we decided that a few pieces of accessories and the right bag will just complete the whole look perfectly!

Anyway, it does feel so good to be back home! We escaped to Singapore for a few days before my trip back home and had lots of shopping and food session which was damn enjoyable and relaxing!

Afterall, it has been a while since all of us get together and have some fun times! 

It is also such a joy to enjoy the heat and the sun as I heard that the weather is getting colder back in Melbourne! Well, I try to embrace it but sometimes too cold isn't that good either!

Tom Sturridge and Sienna Miller for Burberry Autumn Winter 2013 Campaign

Love is in the air for the latest Burberry Autumn Winter 2013 Campaign. 

Featuring longstanding members of the Burberry Family, real-life couple Sienna Miller and Tom Sturridge, as a couple. Shot by the one and only Mario Testino, the photoshoot was indeed filled with lots of love and laughter.

Also featured in the campaign were the trench coats, heart print silk blouse, and of course, the new Crush Bag.

Following the launch of the Burberry Kisses, as well as the amount of heart prints from the collection, the romantic mood doesn't seem to stop there with the launch of this Ad Campaign.

Turquoise Tulle

When we first received this turquoise tulle midi skirt from Grinitty, we had no idea on what to do with it. We attempted to style it the way Carrie wore hers in Abu Dhabi with the Christian Dior tee, but somehow it didn't work with Gladys. 

Then Gladys was playing with it and made it as a joke saying that it looks like those dress she wears when she has her hair and body treatment so we decided that it might work as a dress actually! So we tried to shape the dress by adding the Hermès belt and it works!

Paired it with the rest of the classic accessories, Chanel Classic Flap, Movado Watch and Rayban Aviator.
