#SHYGIRL

As God knows how hot the weather in Indonesia has been, it is time for crop top and short skirt to come rescue. As our parents had just recently visited Japan and South Korea, our wardrobe definitely got some new residents from those two countries too, and one of them is definitely this top with the rubber band trimming that gave that sporty feel and look!

Another thing is definitely the Play No More! Shy Girl bag which is also very popular and booming in Korea and of course, the korea fever always spread to Indonesia making it one of the most sought after bag at this moment! Glad that we managed to get it earlier last year! <3 p="" thanks="">

NOIR

Happy New Year 2015 everyone!
2014 had been an amazing year with lots of ups and downs, and yes we know, we had been real busy with some academic stuffs and now I am even working (as an intern in an Architecture Firm) but yeah, this blog is never really dead. So as always, keep on coming back because we might just have updated the blog without you knowing!

But you know, as we always said, you could always follow the three of us on instagram here, GLADYS GILBERT AND GRACIA because we definitely update them way way way more often. and you could always catch up with what we are up to now, where are we now etc!

Okay, let's not ramble too much here is the latest outfit post from Gladys (as usual, the good one!). We were supposed to have this posted from last year (well we meant 31st of December) but then this post has been sitting halfway in our draft, together with photos from our short Bali trip that we couldn't wait to share with you.

The last few days of 2014 were a bit heartbreaking with the accident that happened to the AirAsia flight from Surabaya to Singapore. and this whole black outfit was one of our expression of sympathy towards the family and friends of the victims.

Gladys was wearing a black furry top from Bysi, black satin shorts from Granley en Ligne, Louis Vuitton Limited Edition Epi Clutch (vintage, but look at the interlocking V clasp, it is definitely making a comeback now!) and Movado watch with Charles and Keith Signature pumps.

We are here hoping for a better 2015, Hope you all have a happy New Year and may this year bring us more happiness, good luck and good health!

Ciao!

xx,

*outfit post with the pantone of 2015 up on the blog soon! so Stay Tune!

Colour//Pantone

New year, New post.. as promised. Here is the first outfit post of 2014 wearing a colour that would be one of the pantone colours of 2014. Violet. As you all know, every year, we have different pantone colours of the year, like for example, 2013, which seems to be just yesterday, has Emerald colour as the colour of the year and so.

This year, Designers take a modern twist on the traditional for spring 2014 by pairing soft pastels with vivid brights to create a colorful equilibrium. Inspired by a mixture of blooming flowers and strong, confident women. Designers use color to refresh, revive and defy conventional wisdom.

And if you remember us mentioning about crazy weather, these few days, it totally changed. It became the no-rain sunny whole-day, that you would definitely not survive wearing a long sleeve these days. Thanks to the genius who invented air-conditioner definitely1
and so, Gladys picked this halter neck top in Violet to be matched with a pair of cotton shorts to make the whole outfit ready for such crazy humid weather. Pair the outfit with accessories with the same hues, such as the red maroon Chanel Citizen Bag and a pair of platform sandals from Charles&Keith Signature.

Crimson Red

To us, red is a colour that will never get boring, it is also a colour that will never fail to make someone looks radiant. The double peplum at the bottom of the dress and the colour made us fell in love immediately with the dress while we saw at Dotti back in Melbourne.

As usual, we believe that simplicity is the key, so we decided that a few pieces of accessories and the right bag will just complete the whole look perfectly!

Anyway, it does feel so good to be back home! We escaped to Singapore for a few days before my trip back home and had lots of shopping and food session which was damn enjoyable and relaxing!
Afterall, it has been a while since all of us get together and have some fun times!

It is also such a joy to enjoy the heat and the sun as I heard that the weather is getting colder back in Melbourne! Well, I try to embrace it but sometimes too cold isn't that good either!

Turquoise Tulle

When we first received this turquoise tulle midi skirt from Grinitty, we had no idea on what to do with it. We attempted to style it the way Carrie wore hers in Abu Dhabi with the Christian Dior tee, but somehow it didn't work with Gladys.

Then Gladys was playing with it and made it as a joke saying that it looks like those dress she wears when she has her hair and body treatment so we decided that it might work as a dress actually! So we tried to shape the dress by adding the Hermès belt and it works!

Paired it with the rest of the classic accessories, Chanel Classic Flap, Movado Watch and Rayban Aviator.
